Randy's Girls 19, Charlie's Chicks 12

Randy's Girls scored all its points in the first half on their way to their first victory of the season. Nicole Jerauld scored the team's first rushing touchdown of the year. Ginelle Benckert threw two more touchdowns, including one for 80-plus yards to Holly Palermo.

Barbie Carney scored her first touchdown of the season, and added an extra point on a courageous catch among three defenders.

Charlie Chick's (0-3) never gave up and scored 12 points in the second half, the team's first of the season, on a Megan Graves touchdown run, and a Graves touchdown pass to Brenda Klock.

Warlords 24, Hibiscus 8

Jen Queeney threw for three touchdowns, including two to Angie Pezzetta, as the Warlords (3-0) won the battle of undefeated teams. Queeney's other touchdown toss went to Caitlin Ursino. Pezzetta, the league's leading scorer, also rushed for a touchdown.

Kerrie Donovan led the Warlord defense along with Regina Banner, and Linda Winterfield, who had two interceptions, the second coming after she batted a pass out of the air right after the quarterback released the ball.

For Hibiscus (2-1), Heather Solt-Tracey threw one touchdown pass to Brittany Pacula, the first touchdown scored against the Warlords this season. Bridget Howell recorded a safety, and Katie Kline added an interception.

8PM

Kidz Creations 35, G&P Fitness 6

Lizz Kaczmarski threw for four touchdowns, all to different receivers, as Kidz Creations remained undefeated at 3-0. Kelly Blank scored twice, once through the air and the other on the ground. Andrea Gillespie recorded a touchdown and four extra points. Tova Ioannucci and Kristen Jenoriki added a touchdown and interception in the win. Jen Domsic chipped in with an extra point. Kidz Creations takes on the Warlords at 4 p.m. Saturday May 29th with the winner staking claim to first place.

Heather Gowdy led G&P Fitness (0-3) with an interception return for a touchdown. Erin Funk and Stephanie Jewitt also recorded interceptions.
